Use of Credit Card

We accept only Visa & Mastercard payments. Your credit card will be debited when you click on the confirm button. Please be aware service charges & processing fees based on final cost of the trip will be added to your final invoice if you wish to pay by credit card and local regulations require that all charges are to be converted in New Zealand Dollars (where our Head Office is located) with rate of exchange applied by New Zealand banks on day of debit. Upon your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions, you will be issued an invoice in US Dollars. If you whish to pay by credit card, you will be issued a web link to our web site by direct email with the equivalent in NZ Dollars to be paid within a 48 hours period. Any transaction done after this period of time will need to be re-evaluated based on the exchange rate. Any subsequent refunds will be based on the amount and currency actually received by Si Fang Luxury Travel Ltd.


Si Fang Luxury Travel Ltd will take all reasonable measures to insure information you transmit to us using our website will remain confidential and protected from unauthorized access. Despite those measures, we will not be liable for any unauthorized access unless caused solely by our gross negligence, in which event you will be entitled to compensation up to a maximum of the value of the services purchased by you. To insure secure online payment and all other transactions of personal data, the website uses a technology called SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL encrypts all communications between your computer and our server so that the information can only be read and understood by us.

Payments & Terms

All our prices are in US dollars and based on double occupancy. Single occupancy requires a surcharge imposed by hotels. Our costs are subject to change at any time. A non-refundable charge of $US500 is required to plan your trip and liaise with you and different operators and hotels. Upon acceptance of your final itinerary, a 20% refundable deposit is required to guarantee hotel rooms and domestic flights confirmation. Final payment must be credited in Si Fang Luxury Travel Ltd bank account 60 days prior to the date of departure. Late payment will result in cancellation of the departure and loss of the initial non-refundable initial charge. Payments can be done either via credit card (in equivalent NZ$ Currency) or in US$ directly by international bank wire (no service charges & processing fees will be levied if payment done by wire) at the following account:

In case a US bank requests a correspondent bank for the National BanK of New Zealand in the USA, the intermediary is JP Morgan and their SWIFT is CHASUS33


In the event of Client canceling the departure, Si Fang Luxury Travel Ltd has the right to retain the Deposit. The maximum cancellation fee, which will be imposed in the event of a client canceling, is as follows: 

21 days – 59 days prior to departure: 50% of the total price
1 – 21 days or less: 100% of the total price

Exchange rate & Fluctuations

Difference in credit card personal statement balances can occur and are due to the fluctuations with the New Zealand Dollar and bank processing time. Si Fang Luxury Travel Ltd cannot be held responsible for these differences.
