We first establish your dates, where you would like to go and especially what type of trip you might be interested: Boutique or Couture. Boutique trips are easier to organize since the itineraries are already set. All we need are dates and how many people and we will confirm hotel availability and final price. Our Couture trips require a lot more work to design therefore we will need more time to prepare your final itinerary and this will involve a lot more discussions and planning.
Once your itinerary is discussed and you would like us to proceed, we book the hotels, internal flights and the local guides following a non- refundable fee of $500 per person. The balance of the trip payment is due 60 days prior to your departure dates. Our prices are in US$ and we charge a single supplement for individuals for hotel rooms. Deposits can be made by international bank transfer or we accept Visa and Mastercard payments on our web site (service charges apply).
A complete set of Terms & Conditions and full detailed itinerary will be emailed after initial payment. The documents will outline all the required steps for your private departure along with payment schedules and standard liability terms.
